In line with the Continuing Airworthiness Management TKI provides a total fleet support and a methodology that utilizes Licensed Aircraft Engineers to plan, schedule and support the maintenance activities as well as modification embodiement.
One of our current missions is the performance of G & C-check of all Panther/Dolphin fleet from French Navy and bridging inspections as well as AOG on site activities.
We currently can cover a scope of NH90, AS365/565 Family, S76 Family, EC225LP, AS332 all types or AW139. These are the types of aircraft our team is very knowledgeable and experienced on, basically any heavy or medium twin and in any configuration (SAR, O&G, EMS etc) we can comfortably deal with.
Strong of our previous experiences and audits performed in different countries, we can set up the following workshops:
- Engine up to level 2 maintenance
- Float & hoist for maintenance
- Battery shop
- Mechanic workshop
- Hangar Part 145 set up

Moving an Aircraft from a country to another is expensive. With a complete autonomy TKI is able to provide a full-service package with experienced / qualified pilots and engineers who will take care of flight plan, fuel, maintenance to ensure that your asset will fly safely and arrive on time to your selected location. Ferry flights are cost efficient and will avoid the disagreement of damages during shipping time by careless companies who do not understand the risk of structural damages.
When buying or selling an helicopter, it is important to have a qualified, neutral technician or organization performing a proper pre-purchase / delivery inspection of the prospective helicopter. The level of inspection depends on the expected outcome of the appraisal inspection, but the objective will be to assess the general condition of the helicopter and to identify items not in line with the airworthiness requirements. TKI has also been tasked for Boroscopic assessment work in Europe.
- Physical requirements, the focus being on effective assessment of the physical condition of the principal airframe units, its components, systems, and cabin interior,
- Records requirements, the focus being on satisfactory audit of all aircraft records to ensure they comply with terms and conditions set forth by the lease and the regulatory authorities,
- Performance requirements, the focus being demonstrating to lessor that the satisfactory operation of the aircraft and all systems are following the terms and conditions of the lease, and
- Certification requirements, the focus being to ensure compliance with local regulatory authority requirements.
Expending our scope of services we can also support you within your CAMO. Our experienced technicians can assist you either for records review in regards of AC transition / pre-buy inspection or for your operations (commercial activities / return to service / maintenance)
